4. Oymyakon (Russia)

These areas include the Russian state, and it's located in the eastern part of the Russian state. This area has the lowest temperature of -72 degrees Celsius.

5. Vostok Station (Antarctica)

This area is the most cold in the world. The temperature in this area reaches -89 degrees Celsius. Because it has a very low temperature, the area is used as a research center by the Russian state.
